Artist Registration Form
Thank you for your interest in participating in our first annual Art with Heart event on March 27–28, 2026. Please complete the form below in full. We intend to showcase every participating artist on our website and social media.
In the space provided, include a short paragraph about yourself and the kind of art you create (please note that submissions may be lightly edited for length and clarity). You may also include a link to your website, or a social media handle if you do not have a website.
Artists are asked to submit 1–3 high-resolution (300 dpi) photographs of their artwork samples. Please email your images to [email protected] with your name in the subject line.
Submit Payment
A $100 registration fee is required to complete your application. You may submit payment online or mail a check to:
